No Fixed Point In Space is the third full album by Modern Nature, Jack Cooper's most recent musical playground. It has been nearly a decade since Blonde Redhead, the NYC based band around Kazu Makino and Italian twin brothers Amedeo and Simone Pace, released their last album. Today they release Sit Down for Dinner, an 11 track album, probably their warmest and most welcoming music yet.Releasing Sit Down for Dinner in its 30th year, Blonde Redheadβs perseverance partially came in realizing that the process of making the record should necessarily be fun. βUsually I agonize and itβs painful for me to write music, but on this one, I didnβt suffer as much,β says Makino. βI wanted to put my foot down and say: we can have a nice time together. The Christian Club just announced a bunch of concerts for the next months. Starting this week with three Belgian dates. From next week on the band goes on tour (in duo) with BRUTUS. They are doing the support for most of the French, Spanish and Portugese dates on the 'Unison Life' EU-tour. A great opportunity for The Christian Club to gain new fans for their music! New York City based singer-songwriter and visual artist Joanna Sternberg just announced the last dates for her upcoming November tour in EU/UK. The tour includes Le Guess Who (Utrecht), Sonic City (Kortrijk) and Pitchfork Music Festival London. We've added a second Pitchfork London show, 'Le Consulat' in Paris and the 'Vale Perdido' festival in Lisbon! Check out all dates on her artist page. If you haven't checked Joanna's beautiful new album "I've Got Me" (2023, Fat Possum Records), you should definitely do that right now! For example, Pitchfork gave it a solid 8.6 score.

Sam De Nef and Camille Camille announced a collaborative EP to be released this fall on UNDAY RECORDS. The title track of the EP, out today, also serves as the debut single. 'Waving' was the first song the two artists wrote together for this new project. βIt felt as if the song wrote itself, flowing so effortlessly and naturally.β On their debut EP, Sam De Nef and Camille Camille delve into some of their most personal and introspective songwriting yet.
