TJE consists of Lindy Versyck (vocals), Melvin Slabbinck (guitar, drums) and Klaas Leyssen (bass).
Sitting at the intersection of intensity and vulnerability, TJE sounds both raw and layered, constantly seeking tension between melody and experimentation. Balancing electronics, melancholic avant-pop, and experimental post-rock, with a strong focus on atmosphere and emotion. They create a melting pot that truly works, translating live into an intense, hypnotic, and memorable experience. Their debut album ‘SCHADE’ was released last March via Mayway Records and produced and co-written by Pieter-Jan Decraene, a key figure in the creative process.
