Still Corners European tour starts tomorrow in Belgrade! It will be an extensive tour, as they will play lots of countries all over Europe. A bunch of shows are already sold out!

A new TOUTPARTOUT sessions with Steve Gunn. Say what! He brings ‘Morning Is Mended’ solo on his guitar. The virtuoso sounds he creates almost multiply in the vaults of Kunsthal Ghent. We just announced a summertour for Steve, you can check out all his shows here.

“If you don’t like Stake, we don’t like you!” says Mastodon-drummer Brann Dailor in ‘From Fresh Cut To Dry Aged’,  the documentary about the name-change and the coming of age process of the Belgian band Stake Number Eight. The docu follows the band from playing their first gigs to winning Humo’s Rock Rally and touring with Mastodon. STAKE has some nice upcoming shows which you can see here.

Brutus playing an intimate but groovy rendition of the song ‘Space’, taken from their new album Nest. Mannaerts’ voice sounds incomparably in the art deco building, while Stijn’s guitar rushes willingly on the water. Session is shot at ‘Van Eyck’ swimming pool, the oldest indoor pool in Belgium, built in 1886 along Portus Ganda. Thanks to its art deco design, the building was recognized as a monument in 1995 and it is still called ‘the most beautiful swimming pool in Belgium’ to this day. See the video here.

The first name for Autumn Falls 2019 is here: Nils Frahm! Nils will play Ancienne Belgique in Brussels on October 10th. It will be his last time performing live for a long period. Tickets will go on sale on April 25th here.

Record Store Day is an annual event to celebrate the culture of the independently owned record store. The day brings together fans, artists, and thousands of independent record stores across the world. In our hometown Ghent Kunstencentrum Vooruit, DEMOCRAZY and record shop Music Mania Gent organized free concerts from great bands including STADT, SX, And They Spoke in Anthems and Wardrobe!

The Canadian experimental music and  performance art collective YAMANTAKA // SONIC TITAN will be back in June for a European tour. They will be playing the UK, France, Germany, Belgium, the Czech Republic and will support The Melvins in Switzerland.

Girlpool will return to the Benelux in july for 4 shows! They will play DOK in Ghent on the 4th, Rotown in Rotterdam the 12th, Valkhof Festival in Nijmegen the 14th of july and Paradiso Amsterdam the 15th.

Two weeks from now we celebrate our 25th birthday (once again) in Café Café in our old hometown Hasselt! On April 30th we’ll have Stonefield playing and close the night/morning with dj KILL aka David Schroyen (TPT veteran) and The Rabbi (amigo Roel Rabijns).
