Madensuyu chose the Turkish duo Tugrul Yücesan (baglama/zuma) and Hasan Tirpan (davul) as the support for their Stabat Mater release shows. They have previously proven to be one of the most exciting opening acts around, or as Kindamusic puts it: “Despite the obvious geographical distance between the roots of both duos, the music they create is equally visceral and clearly has the purpose to reach the audience in the same way.”

Tugrul and Hasan prepared a new set especially for the occasion.
