TEMPERS are a NYC-based duo comprised of Jasmine Golestaneh and Eddie Cooper. The duo's dark, ice-cold electronica blends a sinister slow static disco with danceable beats, a hinting of pop sensibility imprisoned in an almost gothic, industrial soundscape.

Their previous singles, 'Eyes Wide Wider' b/w 'Hell Hotline' produced by Damian Taylor (Bjork), 'Strange Harvest' and 'Killing for Company' (Swans cover) received coverage across the US and UK blogs including Pitchfork, The Fader, Noisey, V Magazine and Interview. Their debut album "Services" was released in October 2015, and their EP "Fundamental Fantasy" was released via The Vinyl Factory Feb 2017.

Their new album JUNKSPACE, feat. Rem Koolhaas, will be released Nov 9 2018 on BMG.
They will be touring Europe throughout 2019.

More on JUNKSPACE:
If architecture is frozen music (Goethe), JUNKSPACE is what melting shopping malls might sound like.

JUNKSPACE is named after the ground-breaking essay by visionary architect REM KOOLHAAS about the architecture of consumerism. JUNKSPACE features Rem Koolhaas talking about consumerism and the challenges for architects when creating consumer environments.

The album was conceptualized by Katja Eichinger after she interviewed Koolhaas for German VOGUE about his renovation plans for Berlin's KaDeWe, Europe's largest department store.

Eichinger teamed up with the New York electro duo Tempers to develop the album. "Junkspace" by Tempers feat. Rem Koolhaas.
